Leadership 21 delivers a wide range of training and documentation support, from leadership training, customer service training to technology planning and implementation. Our instructional design consultants:
- Assess training and information needs.
- Design strategies that ensure knowledge is transferred when and where it is needed.
- Design, develop, and maintain customized training and documentation including user guides, customer response guidelines, training workbooks, and trainer tools.
- Develop appropriate information solutions in the media most suited to the task and needs, including hardcopy materials, online help, computer-based training, videos, and Web-based solutions.
- Provide classroom instruction and coaching in training delivery.
