A Mechanical Engineer with an MBA in Human Resources, Gilberto has assisted companies in Brazil to develop projects to improve customer satisfaction and organizational culture. Since 1998 when L21 SA was created, his responsibility has been to assist the Latin American market in conducting and interpreting baseline satisfaction surveys and assisting clients to develop information tracking systems.


On a Personal Note
Gilberto is married to Celia and together they have three children, two strong sons and a beautiful daughter. His greatest passion is spending time with his family and friends. Gilberto lives in a country with abundant sunshine, so the beach is a favorite weekend destination. One of his talents is mastery of barbeque; he enjoys preparing treats like Picanha, Lulas, and Pesche for relatives and family friends.
