With over 30 years of experience as a management consultant, Dave's areas of expertise include benchmarking, customer service, applications engineering, business process management, and manpower/product scheduling. He has held management or executive positions at other consulting firms, IBM, and Wang Laboratories and has worked in a variety of industries around the world and has trained other consultants in North America, the U.K., Europe, Asia, and Australia/New Zealand.
Dave has served on the board of directors of the National Association of Service Managers (NASM) with two terms as its president.
